The Troyanos Group is a niche recruiting and consulting firm based in Irvington-on-Hudson, New York, 20 miles north of New York City.  It is our stated mission to help CEOs, Presidents and Division Leaders grow their business. Irrespective of whether we’ve been engaged on a multi-faceted consulting project, or a retained search for a key executive, we bring all our resources to bear to help our clients grow.  This could run the gamut from introductions for joint ventures to featuring the company in our Game Changers newsletter; from being a sounding board for a new business strategy to interviewing the CEO on a syndicated radio show that we guest host… not the kinds of things you’d normally expect from an Executive Search firm.

The firm’s Executive Search focus is on senior-level recruiting assignments in the marketing and marketing communications disciplines with a special focus in the areas of measurable marketing, public relations, advertising, interactive, strategy, business development and healthcare.  We take great pride in our consultative process – our secret sauce, so to speak – which enables our success rate to far outdistance industry norms.  In fact, our process has been featured in the publication of the American Management Association.  Dennis Troyanos and Norman Sherman, the firm’s key principals, are both involved from the beginning in every project.
